My name is Mayla, and I recently graduated from Cal State Fullerton in May of 2020. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Entertainment and Tourism. During college, I was heavily involved in two academic clubs - PRSSA and The Entertainment & Tourism Club, where I was elected Director of Internal Communications. While in college, I interned at The Newport Beach Film Festival, and now currently volunteer with them as the Associate Short Films Programmer. After college, I obtained an internship as Public Relations Intern at JV Agency. It was then that I realized public relations is what I really want to do in my career while focusing on my love for entertainment.
